RIP, my old friend, over all these years I still think of you and Fitz, pounding the basketball for Lloyd Holmes, the double dates and that 1952 Ford, I think it was a 52, Blue, if I remember, but what the hell my body and mind slip a little each day old friend. I know your in great hands now.

Hi Carlson Family

I was very sorry to hear about the loss of my great high school buddy, John.  We shared a lot of fun times together and even though our paths didn't cross much over the years, I will remember him as one of my special childhood friends.

I agree with my buddy, Jim 'Rocky" Adams - you are in great hands now.  Hope to see you in heaven, Carly

John's passing got me to thinking about our days of our carpooling to the U of M along with Bill Sincock and how I was reinbursed for some mileage picking up material for Fred G. Anderson company on the way home.   The ribbing brings a smile to me face thinking of the bad time they gave me about where we were going today. We usually end of at Bills home listening to Frank Sinatra for awhile.  I went to grade school with John at Brookside and enjoyed the fellow ship with him.

I reconnected with John in my adult life through mutual friends here in Nisswa. He was so much fun to be around. I was able to meet his wife June & heard about his family & what he was doing in retirement. He will certainly be missed. Rest in peace John.Sincerely Barb Elmquist (Wilcox)

Great guy and Brookside classmate. Lived three blocks away n were great buddies with Kurt, Richie, Chuck and others.  My parents moved away from Park late my senior so keeping up with the “guys” was difficult with college n teaching positions. It’s too bad that events like this bring back flashbacks.  My condolences to the Carlson family
