Taken from 50th book, This great friend spent five years in the US Army Band out of ten years in the Army, attended Berklee College of Music in music composition, attended Harvard for one year, worked for AAA recording studios in Boston, played on the road with the Jimmy Dorsey band, played in pit orchestra for "Guys and Dolls".

In  1979, he married Christine and built a house on Lake Tetonka and wrote and arranged tunes for many musical groups.
